Very good service, they provide a private parking and free Wi-Fi. The rooms are reasonably sized and huge with tea and coffee making facilities, multi-channel television, and a seating area. The breakfasts are satisfactory.

Charming café terrace available for relaxation.
The beds in the room were rock hard. I also noticed a lingering odor in the bathroom that was quite unpleasant. The restaurant's atmosphere was marred by loud and inappropriate music, which really detracted from the dining experience.

nice and comparatively small hotel in best location in Iasi. Room was of ample space but clean. Hotel staff at reception was very helpful.
Staff in service would need some training to match the four stars fixed at the hotel entrance.

hotel with style but a bit out-fashioned. Iasi Ramada might be a better choice for about the same price.

The hotel has been recently refurbished however the refurbishment was not the quality one would expect. The staff in the bars and restruarant were very good and extremely helpful.
The refurbishment work was very good in most areas but the critical ones were not good, clearly they have skimped on the cost in certain areas. We had a nice room but the bathroom had a very cheap shower installed which leaked every time you used it resulting in a flooded bathroom every time you used it. This was pointed out to the mangement and they made promises this would be rectified which did not happen, we had extra towels to mop up the water which is not a result, I did not pay for a hotel room to have to mop up the water after a shower. The other very important item is that the hotel caters for weddings which is fine, however Romanian weddings are all night affairs which go on until 6 am in the morning with very loud music and big drums booming all night, on the last 2 nights of our stay I.E. the Saturday and Sunday we had no sleep at all as our room was directly above the function suite, not a good experience at all. The management clearly must do something about this.We requested a wake up call for the morning of our departure which did not happen, luckily I woke up very early as I did not trust them. The quality of the room service was questionable, the beds were made but nothing else was touched, we had to clean glasses etc ourselves, however they were very quick to restock the mini bar.

Get ready to feast, my culinary comrades! The hotel's restaurant offers delicious dishes that might just tempt you to stay in for every meal. Plus, there's a great bakery nearby where you can snag tasty pastries to sweeten up your day. And you can't beat the location-convenient parking means no stress. Just park up and explore the area!
Now, on the flip side, we opted for a twin room-might've been a bit of a misstep. The beds were narrow, and the mattresses were soft enough that I reminded me of I was trying out for a tightrope act every night. There was also an odor in the bathroom that required a makeshift towel cover-up. These quirks didn't overshadow the overall experience too much.
